You can now protect large enclosures against fire with their new PAFSS Indirect Pre-Engineered Fixed Fire Suppression Systems that use the clean agent extinguishant 3M™ Novec™ 1230 Fire Protection Fluid.
As with existing PAFSS automatic fire suppression systems, the new PAFSS Indirect Low Pressure (ILP) systems are self-activating and require no external power for detection or operation. PAFSS ILP systems protect large enclosures above 2m³ and up to 12m³ in volume, making them ideal for protecting unmanned or unsupervised applications such as electrical cabinets and CNC machines.
PAFSS ILP systems protect inside the enclosure and discharge at the heart of the fire, suppressing quickly and preventing the fire from spreading to neighbouring enclosures, equipment and the wider building. This action can significantly reduce the risk of injury to personnel and losses caused by equipment downtime and operational disruption and help safeguard your business.
