Made in Britain's CACI Synergy launches in Malaysia

CACI's Global Export Manager Mary Overton recently travelled from the UK to Malaysia to train the Essa Spa team at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur in CACI Synergy before its official launch as CACI’s flagship in Malaysia.

The luxurious Essa spa at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur houses 11 treatment rooms, set against a breathtaking backdrop. Mary recalls: ‘It was a pleasure to train the dedicated and enthusiastic spa team at the Essa Spa. I was impressed with their attention to detail, their excellent teamwork and professionalism throughout training.’

‘CACI gives an amazing result and is a great addition to Essa Spa by Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. CACI is perfect for urban wellness like ours, as we can offer a wide array of aesthetic treatments on top of our pampering therapies, which enable us to offer a holistic menu to our guests,’ explains Lanny Sugijono, the director of wellness for Lifestyles International, the group behind the launch. Since launch, ‘we have received wonderful feedback from all our guests who loved their treatment’.

After debuting CACI to press, Tatler Asia and Travel + Leisure Asia called CACI ‘groundbreaking’, ‘much anticipated’ and ‘a non-invasive, little to no downtime treatment that will leave you feeling like a Hollywood star.’

One reviewer noted: ‘The combination of Essa Spa’s luxurious environment and Mary’s world-class expertise made for a truly unforgettable experience.’
