DORSET-based temporary structure company and Made In Britain member Mar-Key Group has been announced as an official supplier to the 2019 UCI Road World Championships in Yorkshire.
Following a competitive tender process, Mar-Key Group were awarded the contract for the supply of all temporary structures at the event in Yorkshire from 22-29th September 2019, including the high-end VIP hospitality lounge, the rider start area, rider warm-up area, athlete warm-up tents, fan zones, merchandise shops and much more!
The UCI Road World Championships in Yorkshire will be one of the biggest UK sporting events of 2019, so it’s unsurprising that the Mar-Key team is delighted to be working on this project. Commenting on being awarded the official supplier status, CEO Ben Scroggie said, “Temporary structures are instrumental to the delivery of an event as big as this. As a British manufacturer, we’ll be supplying a premium quality product and service to ensure that Yorkshire’s UCI Road World Championships is an event to remember.”

The partnership with Mar-Key Group has been secured by The Sports Consultancy, the commercial agency appointed jointly by the UCI and Yorkshire 2019 for the 2019 UCI Road World Championships.
