CONGRATULATIONS to Reid Lifting, Made in Britain Member of the Month for April 2019.
Reid has been at the forefront of innovation in the lifting equipment market for more than 20 years, designing products to meet industry requirements and tailoring them to meet individual application and health and safety needs. But Reid is a relatively new member of Made in Britain, joining in August 2018.
Last September Reid sent along a couple of team members to the Made in Britain workshop at Zaun, where they found out a lot more about what Made in Britain is all about. They bought some badges to wear at exhibitions and took on board the value of a high member directory rating. The more work a member does on its profile, the higher its rating. Very high ratings will influence search listings, with top-rated companies appearing at the top of search results.
In order to secure the highest possible rating in the new directory, Reid Lifting signed the Made in Britain code of conduct and started to post its own news stories to its profile. All this activity, plus two ISO accreditations and showing the Made in Britain mark alongside them, ensured the company was the first to attain a 100 per cent member directory rating.
Now Reid Lifting can add Member of the Month to its achievements.
