Shropshire-based display specialist - and active Made in Britain member - Mid West Displays has launched a virtual meeting service so customers can "ask anything they want to know about display - but were too afraid to ask!"
The 30 minute meetings puts the customer face-to-face with a member of the team, and the session can be used to ask questions about the company's product ranges, services or to get "ideas and inspiration for window and internal displays"
Mid West Display's Dave Paddock explained "We believe the service is a good way for customers to get to know more about us as a team. Unlike our competitors we are more than just products with a massive range of expertise and services that are just not offered anywhere else. We can also find out much more about the client - their current set up, what they are looking to achieve and their budget. A 20 or 30 minute chat at the start can save a lot of time later on - and because it is all done virtually it is good for the environment too!"
The company manufacture LED lightpockets for window and interior displays, as well as supplying commercial grade advertising digital screens. Added value services include design, bespoke manufacturing and installation.
