ORIGINALLY founded in 1963 as Coventry Chemicals, the company changed its name to Mirius Global Hygiene Solutions in 2018 to better reflect its global commitment and its expertise in driving innovation within the cleaning and hygiene industry. Mirius Global Hygiene Solutions has now joined the Made in Britain organisation.
Mirius told Made in Britain it is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of cleaning and disinfecting liquids, powders and tablets and its products meet the needs of professional, retail and farm biosecurity cleaning and hygiene requirements. The company supplies products to a variety of sectors including the independent trade, professional companies and medical, food and agriculture industries around the world. Mirius says its experienced team also has the capability to offer qualifying customers the opportunity to customise products and it is able to formulate product ranges to meet its customers specific requirements.
The company says its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility has an annual liquids capacity of over 50,000+ tons, with a weekly bottle production in excess of 1 million. The facility provides in-line mixing for high volume which coupled with production flexibility means Mirius can supply low minimum order quantities as well as large volume orders on a weekly basis. The Mirius workforce utilise a number of filling, capping, labelling and packaging machines for a consistently high quality finish which are supplied to customers through its swift and proven distribution service. Mirius told Made in Britain that it uses its 50 years of experience and expertise in manufacturing cleaning products, combined with its in-depth scientific and technical knowledge to produce high quality products for its customers.
Steve Quinlan, chief executive officer at Mirius Global Hygiene Solutions, told Made in Britain, “We are very proud to be a British manufacturer and accreditation from Made in Britain affirms our status and sees the company join forces with the very best of British manufacturing.”
Mirius will be using the official Made in Britain mark on its company paperwork, on its printed and web based marketing materials, directly on its products, on its website and on its social media channels. Find out more about the company at its members’ directory profile here and its website here.
