New members week ending 1 April 2022

OUR new members for this week each represent a different sector.

To the building and construction sector, we welcome MA Granite and Marble Works Ltd, a Hertford-based manufacturer of marble and stone fireplaces.

Pacmat joins the sports and leisure sector and makes lightweight, waterproof picnic blankets in a variety of prints and sizes. Pacmat is designed in Hackney, printed in Macclesfield, cut and sewn in Birmingham and folded and packed in Hackney. Even the labels are made by a British supplier.

New to the software category is 3T Logistics Ltd, which employs 80 people in Leicester.

Class Instrumentation Ltd makes ultrasonic test equipment in Wandsworth and expands Made in Britain’s technology sector.

Clifton Rubber is an engineering company that processes rubber and polyurethane materials to produce customer bespoke products, such as rubber and polyurethane mouldings, rubber and polyurethane covered rollers and rubber extrusions. The company is based in St Ives in Cambridgeshire.

The home and living category welcomes Plastic Furniture Company Ltd, manufacturers of rotationally moulded bins, lockers, bike storage lockers, planters and street furniture made from recycled plastic. It also manufactures 100 per cent recycled plastic furniture and planters in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear.

CropAid International Limited manufactures bio-stimulants and micronutrient products for fertilisation and crop protection. The company is based in Southend and joins the chemicals category.

As of 1 April 2022 the number of members of Made in Britain stood at 1,849.
