Comfortable, Stylish Seats for a Flagship Oxford Street Shoe Retailer
In September 2023, Footasylum approached us for a range of bespoke seating to place front and centre in their flagship store in Oxford Street, London. Established in 2005, Footasylum is one of the leading trainers and trending streetwear with over 65 stores across the UK. They pride themselves on offering high-profile trainer releases from sportswear giants Nike, Adidas Originals and Jordan, styling their stores with urban, hip chic to appeal to their customers.
They approached us as they were looking for high quality, handmade seats that would be a fit in their stores with perfectly matched branding and colours. In sharing their vision with us, they outlined a clear design concept that would perfectly pair with the store. Our team got straight to work to bring this vision to life.
In their Flagship Oxford store, they were looking for some standout seating pieces to act as comfortable, strong and durable benches that would perfectly match their surroundings. We drew up designs for two large benches and eight pleated seating benches. These were all bespoke designs, with custom fabric, materials and colours in line with their vision. The shaping and style of the benches were also tailored to perfectly fit into their store.
On successful completion, and fast delivery of our bespoke commercial benches, Alex Haidash, Footasylum Project Manager said she was thrilled with our response to their brief.
It was a pleasure to work on seats for such a well respected brand, with our seating taking pride of place in their central retail store. We hope to work with Footasylum in the future as they develop their brand and store presence throughout the UK.
Bespoke cushioned & bright coloured seats for an international store revamp
Well-known Shoe Shop brand Clarks Shoes approached us in late 2021, when their business was about to embark on a major rebrand and store revamp. Their vision to us was for modular cube seating which could enhance the layout of their stores and offer better accessibility for customers. It was critical for their seating to reflect their brand identity and fit with the style and colour of their stores, being strong, durable and comfortable, while easy to move and handle at the same time.
In all, we handmade and produced beautiful bespoke cube and footstool seating to over 20 stores, from concessions in Portugal and Cyprus, to UK stores including the Isle of Man, Glasgow, and Preston. This was a thrilling project to work upon, and we supported them through the roll out of their branded, bespoke seating range throughout 2022, which was completed earlier this year.

Larger orders mean greater savings, with materials, shipping, and upholstering incurring less wastage, so we can pass the savings directly on to you.
