Following our move in June to our new 30,000 sq ft home we wanted to increase production on our powder coating system, we decided to do it in house and this week we have completed the install, we have removed the rear wall of the oven and installed new doors, and manufactured and installed new track to take the line length from 12m at the old site to 27m at the new, just needs a coat of paint but it is all up and running.
The upgrade will allow us to go from 5 loads a day to 15 loads removing a bottle neck and allowing smoother flow through the production system.
