As part of a £250,000 investment in new plant and machinery, RIPPLE GROUP have now placed the order for a new ERMAKSAN Powerbend Falcon 3100 x 135 ton Press Brake.
The Press Brake comes with the latest technology Modeva Pac which includes;
- Intuitive programming offering a faster interaction with the machine
- Easy operating including 2D parts drawable by hand
- Better bending with extensive machine parameters giving very fine machine tuning
- Powerful graphics showing bending sequences and machine tool positioning
Ripple are also currently looking at a ROVER A FT 2231 Numerically Controlled Machining Centre which is a fully automated nesting cell designed improve speed and effiencies in the joinery department.
