RIPPLE Group has pressed the button on another significant investment of a Biesse-Rover A FT2231 CNC nesting machine.
The new £160,000 acquisition will have an immediate impact on Ripple's manufacturing capacitywhich includes dramatically cutting lead times and increasing efficencies throughout the factory.
Other benefits include;
- CNC nesting table size of 3100 x 2205 x 170mm working height.
- Automatic scissor loading lift table and automatic panel alignment.
- CNC nesting element speed can work up to 104 meters per minute.
- Automatic unloading conveyor belt simultaneously allowing the machine to unload whilst processing the next panel to reduce down time and increase machine efficiency.
