As the aviation industry continues grapple with the challenges posed by Covid-19, airlines across the world are increasingly adopting Biomaster antimicrobial technology into their stringent infection control regimes. Based in Forth Worth, Texas, American Airlines has become the first airline to incorporate Biomaster into their inflight magazine. From the start of August, every seatback pocket on American Airlines contains a copy of American Way magazine, now printed with a new paper treatment process containing antimicrobial technology to inhibit the growth of unwanted microbes. Biomaster can be easily used to treat any paper and board and durability tests the protection was shown to last for the lifetime of the treated article.
