TextureJet is exhibiting at AMB - International Exhibition for Metal Working - in Stuttgart from 10-14 September.
This is a key show for the industry where TextureJet (Booth 7D71) will be showcasing its latest surface finishing technology for:
- Deburring
- Edge breaking
- Polishing
- Patterning
- Roughening
- 3D printing
- Coating removal
TextureJet has developed the next generation of surface finishing technology. The machines utilise a highly localised variant of electrochemical machining, known as electrochemical jet machining (EJM).
TextureJet surface processing technology will deliver results without:
· Affecting component surface integrity
· The need for masking
· Harming the environment
· Extraction or PPE requirements
· Contact with, or heating of, the surface
· Material hardness affecting performance
Leading to:
· Improved accuracy of machined edges
· Increased fatigue life
· The possibility to machine delicate components
· Reduced processing time (up to 80% vs abrasive jet machining for deburring)
· Reduced environmental footprint and waste disposal (total waste generation can be reduced by up to 84%)
· Increased flexibility to machine different metals
TextureJet is focused on delivering sustainable manufacturing processes that help its customers minimise their environmental impact.
