Leading children’s rights organisation, ECPAT UK, and Made in Britain member, The Great British Baby Company, embark on a new fundraising partnership on Tuesday 8th November 2016.
Luxury childrenswear brand The Great British Baby Company has created a range of special edition children’s silk neck ties, bowties, and girl’s neck bows in ECPAT UK’s signature purple, which it will be selling via its online shop (www.greatbritishbabycompany.com). All of The Great British Baby Company's pieces use fine British-sourced natural, sustainable materials and British craftsmanship, and are produced using ethical labour. Their company slogan is ‘Long Live Childhood’. The brand believes passionately that every child is entitled to a full and happy childhood, and it is committed to acting on this belief by playing a part in supporting ECPAT UK’s child protection initiatives.
All profits from the sale of the items will go to ECPAT UK.
The Great British Baby Company is proud to be a member of the Made in Britain Campaign and to form part of the community of British brands that uses the Made in Britain marque. British manufacturing is of great importance to The Great British Baby Company. The premium wool cloth that the brand uses is all British-made. The craftsmanship that goes into each one of its garments is British. The quality of British textiles and British clothing production is second to none. As a British brand, there is no reason to look elsewhere - especially as opting to invest in British manufacturing helps keep Britain's proud textile production heritage alive, and support the national economy and local communities.
