The Natural Fibre Company has launched an online Shop with a wonderful selection of limited edition Recycled Yarns created through its Research and Development work such as a Guanaco and Leicester Longwool Yarn, Llama and Leicester Longwool Yarn and Ulti-Mutt Yarn, a blend of dog hair collected from a grooming contact and Blue Faced Leicester wool.
The new site also offers a collection of Waste Wool and Mill By-products such as carded waste which is collected from the mill's processing stages and suitable for a variety of crafting activities including hand spinning, and as stuffing for household cushions and furnishings and crocheted/knitted toys. The noil waste is suitable as padding for dog beds, insulation for indoor spaces as an eco-friendly alternative to provide warmth and in gardening activities as a natural slug repellent.
The Natural Fibre Company's latest offering supports the business's ongoing commitment to reduce and reuse it's waste materials, repurposing them into sustainable products for customers to use as well as showcasing the inhouse research and development expertise with natural fibres including wool, mohair and alpaca.
