On #ThankYouDay, The Natural Fibre Company would like to say a HUGE Thank You to the NHS staff and keyworkers in Cornwall, for all their hard work throughout the year and especially during the pandemic.
We would also like to say thank you to our customer-support team members at The Natural Fibre Company, Beki Gilbert and June Gaggini.
Beki is our Account and Marketing Executive who works in the Launceston office. Beki may be familiar to many of our regular and indeed new customers as she is usually the first person that they encounter when making an initial enquiry about getting their fibre processed, asking for advice or placing a repeat order. Beki demonstrates her exceptional customer service skills on a daily basis, providing a personalised and dedicated approach that we know our customers appreciate.
Colin Spencer Halsey, our Operations Director says:
“Beki has been on a rapid learning curve since taking over the role in April 2019. There are so many variables associated with customer needs and wool processing; her enthusiasm has grown with her knowledge. As we start to develop new products and collaborate with customers on innovative ways of processing other natural materials, Beki is at the forefront of this work”.
June is our General Manager, who oversees all operations including staffing, she also works alongside Beki, providing support with fielding enquiries and undertaking a wide variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the daily business at the mill.
Colin says “June was our first strategic recruit when we entered the business in 2019 bringing a wealth of general business experience after leaving a large corporate due to closure. June quite simply “gets things done” and has delivered across a wide range of improvement projects. Throughout our ownership of The Natural Fibre Company June has demonstrated flexibility and reliability and has been fundamental to the change agenda we have pursued within the business”.
