TLJ strengthens team to support sustained growth | TLJ Access Control

TLJ are delighted to have added to their dedicated and knowledgeable team with five new starters over the space of just three months!

The increase reflects the ongoing success of the business and its continued growth in the access control market in both the UK and abroad.

Sales Team
The first new members to join the team were Amy Hughes-Hill and Damon Parsons who joined together in newly created business development roles. Amy looks after the leisure and hospitality sector and Damon is working in the growing student accommodation (PBSA) sector.


Amy has a background in operations and retail management and outside of work she loves to cook up a storm in the kitchen and spend time holidaying in Cornwall. Damon has a wealth of sales and account management experience in a variety of sectors and is very active outside of work, hitting the gym and walking his dogs Loki and Onni.

Marketing
Following a few weeks behind them Rowan Booth joined the team in a new role as Head of Marketing. Rowan has joined the team with a broad range of marketing skills, developed from working both in marketing agencies and in the construction sector. Outside of work she loves the outdoors and spends her time running, horse riding and taking camping trips to the Lake District.

To add to the marketing team, Harvey Taylor has been promoted from his role in business admin to a new role of Digital & Content Marketing Trainee. Harvey has been part of the TLJ team for over two years, starting as an apprentice and having shown an interest in digital marketing and design he was promoted to support Rowan in delivering the marketing strategy for TLJ. Harvey is also very active when not at work and is a regular gym user, boxer and kickboxer.

Operations
To assist in the delivery of new projects, operations has also gained a new team member with Nikki Ramskill joining the team in a new Project Manager role. He will be supporting the operations team, managing the delivery of installations both in the UK and in Europe. Nikki has come from a manufacturing background and will be bringing lots of new ideas to the team, he has three children that keep him busy outside of work and he also finds time to support Liverpool FC and play some golf.

Business Administration
Finally, due to Harvey’s promotion a new position became available in the business admin team and we are delighted to welcome Nick Biggs to the team as Business Administrator. Nick has extensive experience in administration and customer focused roles and is another sporty member of the team who enjoys both watching and playing football and cricket, as well as managing his son’s football team.
