WHIFFAWAY Group is pleased to announce it has completed the installation of solar panel systems at its head office, central warehouse and regional distribution facilities.
This initiative will generate enough electricity to help cater for our short, medium and long-term requirements (saving in excess of 3 tonnes of CO₂ per year). This installation also forms part of our sustainability objectives and ‘practicing what we preach’ philosophy on our journey to achieving net-zero.
A warm thank you to our installers, and Matt Tipler of Cactus Energy, who braved character-building weather whilst completing the installation process and taking some great drone shots! Nothing plenty of coffee, tea and biscuits couldn’t help achieve even in the harshest of conditions. Well done team!!
