For production quality parts that need to be regularly reassembled we recommend the addition of threaded inserts.

Painting
 
For a virtually unlimited range of colour finishes, we can prepare and paint your printed parts to order. We apply a series of undercoats and topcoats using a paint system, similar to that used in the automotive industry, giving a durable, high gloss finish to the completed parts.

Parts Inspection including PPAP
 
We can undertake a detailed parts inspection and PPAP process prior to the parts leaving our facility. PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) is a standardised process used in several industries including automotive aerospace to ensure the consistent production of parts to specific customer requirements and engineering specifications.

Assembly and Part Packaging
