Duct Heaters

Air Duct Heaters are constructed from rod elements that are fitted within a duct for air heating. Duct heaters are available as Circular, Square, Rectangular or Stab-In with parameters that are calculated depending on variants such as temperature rise and air flow. Our sales team can calculate and recommend suitable duct sizes and power ratings once this information has been provided. We have a variation of element and sheet materials that we can work with. The elements can be incoloy or stainless steel and either finned or unfinned. The sheet material for the casing is available in either stainless steel or galvanised steel.

• Manual and/or Auto reset cut-outs can be built into the heater as required to avoid overheating.
• Our circular duct heaters are available between 100mm and 500mm as standard with kw ratings of 750w and 27kw respectively.
• Our square, rectangular and stab-in heaters are available between 300mm and 2000mm and kw ratings from 3kw to 84kw.
• Control panels can be built-in to the heater and moderate the output air stream temperature to within + or – 1ºc.
• Powder coating, mesh wiring and silencers are all available as optional extras.
