The EOS97 Opening Rooflight is the electrically operated version of our advanced EOS97 system, designed specifically for flat roof applications. It offers a sleek, frameless internal appearance, allowing natural light and fresh air into your space without compromising on insulation or aesthetics.

Built for performance and convenience, the system features fully concealed ‘WindowMaster’ electric motors integrated directly into the upstand. This allows for smooth, quiet operation with no visible mechanisms, maintaining a flush finish when closed.

The thermally broken aluminium frame and triple gasket seal ensure exceptional airtightness, with system U-values as low as 0.65 W/m²K, making it ideal for energy-conscious projects.

The EOS97 Opening Rooflight is always supplied with a fully insulated upstand, as the motors are built in. Choose between a cladded upstand for installation on a builder’s curb, or use the standalone EOS upstand for a faster, more integrated fit. Upstands are available in 150mm or 300mm heights, with either a flat or 5° pitch as standard.

Additional features include an internal stop to neatly accommodate plasterboard, creating a clean ceiling finish, and custom specifications available on request. We also offer a wide range of sizes, including very large oversized openers to suit more ambitious designs.

Designed and manufactured at our South London facility, the EOS97 Opening Rooflight is built to order for residential extensions, commercial builds, and high-performance architectural projects.
