What is a Box Beam?
In heavier duty applications where standard Aluminium Beams aren't substantial enough, Apollo Scaffold Services have created a range of box beams which offer the following benefits:
- Manufactured in the UK from 6082 T6 extruded aluminium
- T.I.G welded (welders coded to BSEN 287 Pt2 92AI/97 EN30042)
- Conform to BS 8118 & BS EN 1999-1-1
- Independent Consulting Engineers reports
- Monthly proof load testing of random sample beams to ensure consistent quality
- Easy to transport and handle
- Reduced labour and installation time
