We supply high-quality lip seals for a range of industries, including autoclave seal applications.
With 890 existing tools, we specialise in high-temperature and steam-resistant silicone grades.
Our Lip seals are frequently produced in 50 to 70 shore A silicone rubber, with the bulkier body part of the seal sitting in a machined channel in a housing, and a flexible lip that will protrude and deform upon compression to create a seal to prevent leaks.
These type of seal offer a versatile solution to sealing in high temperature applications up to 300°C
If we do not already have a suitable tool to make a silicone rubber profile to suit your application, then we create a new extrusion tool in-house at our Littlehampton factory.
