At Watfields we have a variety of machinery and are continuously investing in equipment to increase our capabilities and capacity and reduce lead times. We are well equipped to source and machine a variety of materials to your specifications and  suited to everything from one-off prototypes to large batch production.

We have a range of turning capacity, including manual and CNC equipment. We have bar fed lathes for bar work and chucking lathes for billet machining as well as sub-spindles, Y-axis and driven tooling.

We have the capacity to turn 300mm diameter x 1200mm lengths between centres and our largest spindle bore for bar fed machining is 66mm diameter, meaning we can run bars of up to 65mm diameter through the machine.
