The Mk8 MM Controller is a micro-modulating system that provides full control of industrial and commercial boilers and burners, all managed through a 12.1” touchscreen interface. It supports a range of equipment, including steam and hot water boilers, kilns, thermal fluid heaters, and steam generators, while accommodating oil, natural gas, or multi-fuel systems.
The linkageless servomotor system, automated flame safeguard, and direct Modbus connectivity create the potential for a fully unmanned boilerhouse. Expansion options include water level control, first out annunciation, blowdown systems, draught control, fully metered combustion, steam/water flow metering, and seamless fuel switching.
