The Neon Series Large Industrial Ultrasonic Tanks consists of the highest quality design, delivering outstanding ultrasonic cleaning performance for processing precision instruments and components across a wide range of industries. Above all our tanks are made in heavy duty 2mm stainless steel 316L. Stainless steel 316L particularly provides a higher corrosion resistance when compared to other grades of stainless steel (typically 304 and 316).

The Neon Series Large Industrial Ultrasonic Tanks are optimised using our Frequency Leap function: The Leap function creates a more homogenous ultrasonic cavitation activity throughout the tank. Therefore, providing a more efficient, effective, reliable, and repeatable cleaning result every time.

The integrated recirculation system minimises fluid contamination even after cleaning, therefore reducing running costs and improving component cleanliness overall.

The Neon Series Large Industrial Ultrasonic Tanks are a modular design allowing further retrofitting of additional ultrasonic wash, rinse and drying stages to be specified, meeting the highest cleaning and processing standards.
