The Glazing Vision Sliding Over Fixed Rooflight combines a sliding pane of glass that retracts over a fixed one. This combination is expertly designed to allow as much natural daylight into your room as possible, whilst maintaining a retractable element which can be used to improve natural ventilation and connection to the outdoors.
The Sliding Over Fixed Rooflight is commonly specified when roof space is limited, as no additional tracks or fixtures need to be installed on your roof as one pane simply slides over the other - This means that you can still achieve a substantial amount of glazing overhead, without having to allow for extra room to accommodate the sliding section.
The Sliding Over Fixed Rooflight is primarily designed to increase levels of natural daylight and ventilation whilst adding a striking architectural touch, however it can be used as an access product as long as suitable balustrades are installed.
