The Cen-Stat™ range of ATEX and FM approved static grounding clamps and systems are designed to operate in the harshest HAZLOC/EX areas.

The static grounding clamps are based upon a pair of sharp and incredibly hard tungsten carbide teeth and a torsion spring with very strong clamping force.

The Tungsten Carbide teeth and torsion spring combination ensure our clamps bite through connection inhibitors like
paint, rust, product deposits and ensure a low resistance connection to the metallic object that needs to be grounded.
The low resistance measurement (10 ohms or less) to a verified ground is made by passing an Intrinsically
Safe (ia) signal through the clamps so they can be used in any hazardous area or location.

Newson Gale approved dual core static grounding clamps ensure positive connections with metallic equipment that needs to be grounded, increasing the safety of plant and personnel.

Dual core clamps operate by penetrating any paint, rust and/or product deposits that have built up over time.

The ability to penetrate through the paint, rust, and/or product deposits ensures a good low resistance connection to the verified ground at all times, mitigating electrostatic ignition risks.
