Made in Britain is proud to celebrate the achievements of UK manufacturers who are not only leading in innovation, sustainability and social value, but also taking British-made products to the world stage through export and international trade. Every award our members win is a testament to the strength, resilience and global reach of UK manufacturing.
At the end of last year, we were delighted to honour some of the outstanding achievements of our members through the Made in Britain Impact Awards, recognising excellence across key areas of business success, including international trade.
We know that many Made in Britain companies also gain recognition through other prestigious awards, and we want to celebrate those successes too. We’re inviting members to tell us if they have recently been recognised through awards such as:
- The King’s Award for Enterprise – one of the UK’s highest official honours for business, recognising outstanding achievement across categories including Innovation, International Trade, Sustainable Development, and Promoting Opportunity through social mobility. A King’s Award is a powerful mark of excellence, credibility and international reputation.
- The Department for Business and Trade’s Made in the UK, Sold to the World Awards – celebrating the export success of small and medium-sized UK businesses. These awards shine a spotlight on the creativity, ambition and determination of companies growing their international markets and proudly promoting British-made products around the globe.
If your company has been awarded or shortlisted for either of these awards – or any other business awards – we want to hear from you. Sharing your story not only celebrates your achievement but helps inspire and encourage other UK manufacturers to explore global opportunities and strive for excellence.
Contact us at trade@madeinbritain.org with your award details, a short description of your achievement and, in the case of exports, which countries you are most engaged with.
The Made in Britain Impact Awards will return later this year to shine a light once again on the fantastic work of our members across key areas, including sustainability, innovation, and export. We’ll be sharing full details in the coming months.
Congratulations again to all award-winning Made in Britain companies. We look forward to celebrating even more of your successes – both at home and internationally – in the year ahead.
