CQR Security Ltd attains accreditation to Made in Britain

CQR Security design and manufacture a comprehensive range of devices for the detection of unlawful entry into buildings. Located on the Wirral, CQR Security works with businesses to improve security through biometric access control, alarm sounders, panic buttons and reliable security cable. CQR Security has now succeeded in attaining accreditation to the Made in Britain organisation.

CQR Security told Made in Britain it has been making security cable in the UK for 35 years and, in that time, has manufactured over 1.4 million kilometres of cable from its British production facility. According to CQR that’s enough cable to wrap the circumference of the earth 35 times and almost enough to go to the moon and back … twice!

Stuart Adams, managing director at CQR Security, told Made in Britain, “CQR Security has been proudly making premium security cable in Britain for 35 years, to be a recognised member of Made in Britain is an honour. Looking ahead we hope the Made in Britain mark will become a key part of our identity as a provider of products that our customers can trust. ”

CQR Security has incorporated the official Made in Britain mark on onto its cable packaging so that its customers in Britain and beyond will be aware of its heritage as a UK manufacturer. Find out more about the company at its members’ directory profile page here and its website here
