We were delighted to welcome Dudley MP Sonia Kumar to Thomas Dudley Headquarters, where she met with Chief Executive Officer Martin Dudley and Technical Manager John Cresswell to discuss water safety and water-saving initiatives - including our ground-breaking new product, the Quantum push button syphon.
During her visit, Sonia learned how the “leaky loo” crisis, currently sees over 4 million baths of clean drinking water wasted every single day from leaking toilets. With sustainability at the heart of our innovation, a shift to leak free flushing devices represents a major step forward in reducing unnecessary water loss in homes and businesses alike.
Sonia also toured our plastic factory to see first-hand how our plumbing products are manufactured. From design to production, she witnessed the precision and care that goes into every component - reinforcing our commitment to quality, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
"It’s fantastic to see a Dudley-based company leading the way in sustainable innovation,” said Sonia Kumar. “Thomas Dudley’s efforts to tackle water safety and water waste are not only good for the environment but also for consumers and the wider community.”
We’re proud to be driving change from the heart of the Black Country, and we thank Sonia Kumar for her support in helping us raise awareness of the importance of water safety and water conservation.
