Baby shampoo is a mild formulation designed for infant care, known for its gentle and skin-friendly properties. However, during manufacturing, oversized particles or gel-like agglomerates may form and settle, causing blockages during product transfer.
In this demonstration, the Finex® 22 industrial sifter is used with a 224-micron mesh to screen baby shampoo, removing undissolved solids and oversized particles from the viscous liquid. The unit's vibratory action breaks down these agglomerates and efficiently separates unwanted material, allowing only smooth, uniform shampoo to pass through to the collection bin. This process achieves an output rate of up to 1,190 litres per hour.
