Fluorocarbon Company Limited is granted membership to Made in Britain

FOUNDED in 1962 Fluorocarbon Company Limited is one of the UK’s leading fluoropolymers companies and specialises in the manufacturer of complex machined components, sealing solutions, slide bearings and semi-finished products. Fluorocarbon Company Limited has now been granted membership to the Made in Britain organisation. 

Fluorocarbon has two manufacturing sites in the UK and a catalogue of over 500 different grades of fluoropolymer materials, with ongoing development for new grades.  The company says that due to its fantastic research and development team and its nearly sixty years of experience it is able to offer high quality technical support to its customers and ensure its products and services meet their demands. The company told Made in Britain that its customers include worldwide market leaders in sectors including aerospace, automotive, chemical processing, food, oil, gas and petrochemical and it has many approvals including AS9100, BAE Systems, Rolls Royce and Airbus. The company aims to provide cost effective solutions at the highest quality from material selection, manufacturing, and distribution all backed up by customer focused service and support. 

Tracey Dixon, marketing executive at Fluorocarbon, told Made in Britain, “We are so very honoured to be granted this membership, although we are a worldwide company, we are proud of our British routes and the high quality products we can produce within our UK facilities.”
