The Interflex team is looking forward to attending the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders’ (SMMT) Regional Forum – Focus on the North East, which takes places on Thursday 5th May at the Stadium of Light in Sunderland.
Showcasing the latest in in NVH technology
At this event, Interflex will be sharing their range of innovative and high quality NVH and sealing solutions to reduce the impact of air, water, dust and noise in vehicles. The forum will also provide the opportunity to showcase their new high performance product Ocean, a new lightweight material, which significantly enhances acoustic absorption in vehicles, and can also be used to provide solutions to noise issues in the automotive, rail, marine and construction sectors.
As well as demonstrating the quality and versatility of this fantastic product, Interflex will be showcasing Ocean’s important benefits in terms of sustainability. The material is made from 75% recycled polyester and is recyclable at the end of its long lifespan. Not only that, Ocean has the added benefit of being manufactured in Europe, which means users can reduce their carbon footprint in this competitive sector.
Sharing knowledge and experience
As well as offering the opportunity to showcase the latest innovations at Interflex, the event is a great chance to share a platform for discussion with industry colleagues including vehicle manufacturers and global and local suppliers. As the SMMT is the leading voice of the UK motor industry, this event offers the ideal opportunity to do this.
