Lancelot House is the UK’s first WELLness accredited private residence. Located in Knightsbridge, London, OktoAir Technologies has installed Synetica’s enLink IAQ LoRaWAN indoor air quality monitoring systems in order to precisely monitor air quality information throughout the prestigious property.
The luxury dwelling has views of Harrods, the convenience of Hyde Park on its doorstep and features six bedrooms, two apartments, a double-height swimming pool, spa, cinema, parking for nine cars via two car stacking mechanisms, a roof terrace and a courtyard garden.
To ensure this elegant building was not only a welcoming home but also provided a healthy environment to live in central London, architects Rigby & Rigby commissioned Okto Technologies to deliver and manage a fully bespoke and comprehensive Air Quality Management (AQM) system. The artificial intelligence-led wellness system has been designed to provide the safest, purest air possible, eradicating viruses, natural allergens and pollens.
Okto Technologies AQM utilises 26 of Synetica’s enLink IAQ LoRaWAN indoor air quality monitors. The enLink IAQ will continually take detailed measurements of the indoor air quality at the property. The parameters being accuracy recorded at Lancelot House include temperature, relative humidity, particulate matter, CO2, Ozone, VOCs, barometric pressure and sound level. These sensors meet all of the requirements for WELL® air quality monitoring accreditation with data being transmitted via LoRaWAN wireless for convenient remote analysis.
Synetica’s enLink IAQ was selected for the impressive project as the system measures key indoor air quality parameters with outstanding accuracy and the resolution necessary for WELL® accreditation which requires:
- MCERTS certified particulate matter sensor providing precise measurements of PM1, PM2.5, PM4 and PM10.
- Ozone measurement down to single digit parts per billion (ppb) resolution using breakthrough self-calibrating sensor arrays.
- NDIR optical CO2 sensor for high accuracy and long life.
The enLink IAQ provides indoor air quality readings using leading edge optical and digital sensors to provide high accuracy, long life, drift free readings without further calibration.
