Manufacturing a wide range of products including brackets, cabinets and housing, safety railings and stairs, bespoke metal products, and kiosks from a 20,000 square foot building in Hull: Lazenby Group joins Made in Britain
Lazenby Group was first set up in Hull by Paul Lazenby in May 1963. Over the years, Lazenby Group has moved from several premises due to rapid growth, moving from Clarendon Street Garage, to Grosvenor Street, to Central street, then to Main Street where Paul retired. Finally moving in 2008 to Gothenburg way, where they are located now. Upon Paul’s retirement in 1995, Bob Sewell and his silent partner Bill Neale took over, investing heavily with both time and money to remain the leader in sheet metal design and technology, a tactic which has worked well, netting them a whole host of accolades and design awards over the years. Now, CEO Neil Sewell has transformed Lazenby Group to reflect the diverse range of products and services, whilst continuing to stay ahead of the game. Lazenby Group has been in the manufacturing industry for over 50 years and still to this day Lazenby Group is forever expanding and pushing boundaries to create innovative, high quality products and delivering the best service. Lazenby Group export Kiosks to many different countries including US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, Dubai, France, South Africa, Poland, Italy, Germany and Chile.
Neil Sewell, CEO of Lazenby Group, said “Wyndham Lewis said: The English certainly and fiercely pride themselves in never praising themselves. In Contrast we at the Lazenby group believe that we should be shouting it from the roof tops!”
Lazenby Group will be using the Made in Britain mark predominantly on their Kiosks that are exported all over the World. Find out more about the company at its members’ directory profile here and its website here.
