Innovation and creativity can come from anywhere and anyone. Our workforce are great examples of this philosophy, and the pictures show why. Many of our guys cycle to work (helping keep our carbon footprint low) but did not have a dedicated space to keep their bikes dry. Answer? Let the guys design and build their own shelter! Several off our team had a hand in it from design, cutting and powder coating and all agree it really does do what it needs to and looks great at the same time. Moral of the story? Involve your employees, let them contribute as you never know what good ideas they may have!
