New rail manufacturing advertising campaign takes to the tracks

One of the leading railway-related websites in the UK, Rail Advent, has published an article about the Rail Forum's 'Made in Britain' UK rail manufacturing campaign.

Rail Forum’s ‘Made in Britain’ campaign will run until Wednesday, 17 July and will incorporate the well-established and respected #MadeinBritain branding and hashtag.

The campaign will enable Rail Forum members to highlight their capability and range of processes in manufacturing railway rolling stock and infrastructure.

Made in Britain's CEO, John Pearce is quoted in the article, saying: "A strong rail sector, leading a bold, green UK infrastructure strategy must have British manufacturing excellence at its very core. The UK is proud to be home to many of the world’s leading makers operating in, and supplying vital components into, the entire eco-system of rail-related transport.

"The Made in Britain organisation is proud to be able to add our voice to Rail Forum’s campaign to boost the awareness of everyone who relies on this remarkable network of innovators and enablers of the UK’s environmentally and socially responsible rail transport and travel sectors."
