Petrarch celebrates National Apprenticeship Week - Say Hello to Jamie Lau

Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week!

This week, we're supporting National Apprenticeship Week and the incredible value apprenticeships bring to individuals, businesses, and entire industries. Apprenticeships are more than just a pathway to skills and qualifications – they are an investment in future leaders and innovation as a whole.

At Petrarch we are proud to support and nurture the growth of apprentices who bring fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to the table.  To all the apprentices out there – we'd like to say a huge thank you and well done. And most importantly our very own apprentice, Jamie Lau.

SPOTLIGHT ON JAMIE LAU

Petrarch is proud to be supporting National Apprenticeship Week

At Petrarch Panels we’re supporting National Apprenticeship Week - kicking off a week long celebration with a special spotlight on our very own TIRO Apprentice, Jamie Lau.

‘National Apprenticeship Week brings together businesses and apprentices across the country to shine a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships make to individuals, businesses and the wider economy.’  National Apprenticeship Week.

Say hello to Jamie

Jamie is our TIRO Apprentice Lab Technician here at Petrarch and has been with us for around 15 months now, working closely with our consultant chemist whilst undertaking his studies. In a few short weeks he is on target to finish his Level 3 Lab Technician Programme. Only the end point assessment left to complete!

I had the privilege of catching up with Jamie recently to discuss his apprenticeship, his highlights and the challenges he’s encountered too.

Read on and find out more for yourself and learn more about the difference he is making at Petrarch, in the development of our Petrarch panels.
