Like the rest of the Addison group, Addison Precision have continued to operate throughout the lockdown, playing an immediate and key role in the #VentilatorChallenge, whilst taking all the required safety measures. Like many other companies throughout the UK that gave a helping hand delivering vitally needed mass produced components for the NHS, we learnt to very quickly adapt, scale-up, and overcome challenging circumstances in a limited period of time. This approach cemented our resolve during the lockdown and has made the company and workforce more open-minded and perceptive to different ways of working and thinking over and above the norm.
Since then we have continued support in the manufacture and delivery of Precision Machine Components to our long standing customers. Where we have been approached by clients, with high-volume, short-term, fast-make requirements, our technical and engineering staff have risen to the challenge, delivered when it really mattered, in difficult operating circumstances during the pandemic and on this occasion we supplied finished parts within half the quoted lead time. It's always nice in those circumstances that a client takes the time to thank us personally!
