At Easy-Trim we pride ourselves on the quality control of our products. The human eye might be able to detect ‘some’ colour intolerances, but ‘some’ is not good enough!
Using a spectrophotometer, our Production Team is carrying out a routine measurements on one of our products.
The analytical instrument measures the transmission of visible UV light and takes a LAB reading. Once satisfied that the agreed delta E tolerances have been met, production can commence. This process ensures we can maintain constant colour consistency throughout our full product range. We Love Manufacturing & We Love What We Do!
