As part of a full lighting retrofit BrightLED were asked to upgrade the traditional fluorescent lighting in both lecture theatres to a state of the art LED solution. Low glare, anti flicker and dimming to 1% were just a few of the strict criteria required by the university as well as high efficiency and a long life. Using reliable power supplies from Tridonic and the latest LEDs from Samsung the units have a rated life up to 100'000 hours.
