- Copper pans spun and assembled at Excell’s factory in Hilsea, Portsmouth

- Tin lining & polishing completed in Cannock
- Copper rivets produced in Macclesfield
- Packaging manufactured in Mansfield
- Wrapping tissue sourced from Preston
- Leather handle covers hand-made in Cornwall
- Induction adapter plates made in Britain

With prices ranging from £180 to £380 including VAT (depending on pan type and size), the Heritage range brings unrivalled value to the premium copper cookware market. Each piece is made from thick, 2mm copper, lined in pure tin, and fitted with solid cast-iron handles.
Every pan is designed to last a lifetime — reparable, re-tinnable, and crafted as an heirloom that can be passed from one generation to the next.

Filming for the launch was completed at Gill’s home kitchen, with further chef-led content captured at 36 on the Quay with Head Chef Gary Pearce.
