Tricut Engineering Limited, a family run subcontract precision engineering company, based in West Sussex, has transformed the running of its business with the fast implementation of QuickWorks Manufacturing Control Software.
Tricut were using a traditional MRP system that was far from user friendly and was therefore difficult to train people to use. Consequently, there was a desire to change, but there was also concern about all the potential issues (e.g. the learning curve, transfer of data, usability, upfront and ongoing costs, amount of time to implement, etc) associated with doing so. Fortunately, they came across QuickWorks and realised that there was nothing to worry about. Having had the demo, they took advantage of the free trial and, having completed the trial, were up and running within 14 days. “We were all so surprised by how easy and quick it was to get going – it is super user friendly”, explained Director, Daniel George.
