Ventive Ltd has gone live with a crowdfunding campaign with Crowdcube to raise £600,000 equity for their clean-tech ventilation business.
The company is entering a period of growth and is looking to raise £600,000, which will support sales, optimise existing manufacturing processes and continue with the development of their new passive ventilation with heat recovery products.
Ventive is a multiple award-winning ventilation company. Their patented products hail a new range of energy-efficient ventilation devices that create a healthier environment, whilst reducing running and maintenance costs.
Entrepreneurs Tom Lipinski and Rob Morrison founded the company in 2013 and have scaled the production of Ventive products, which have been specified, tested and installed into a large number of properties in the UK. PVHR technology (Passive Ventilation with Heat Recovery) introduces fresh air to buildings without using or losing energy – creating a healthier environment while reducing running and maintenance costs for building owners.
Rob Morrison, Managing Director said:
“We have already demonstrated traction within our target markets, with sales doubling year-on-year for the previous 3 years. These are projected to increase 5-fold this year (ending July 2016). The funds raised through Crowdcube will be spent on sales and marketing, manufacturing (tooling & optimization), accreditation, general overheads and working capital.”
He went on to say:
“Legislation is leading the ventilation market in the direction of heat recovery, helping to create demand for technologies that save energy rather than lose energy. We are confident that our business will flourish and exceed the financial targets we have laid out.”
Ventive are offering some great rewards for investors including founders and funding party VIPS, substantial product discounts and the chance to race around in a sports car.
