Product Description

Quick Drying Time
The Airack Lite Glass Dryer will dry a basket of glasses ten times faster than leaving them to dry on a vented shelf, which can take at least 40 minutes! Once your glasses have been washed simply place your glass basket on top of the Airack and turn the dial to your desired drying time. The Airack has been designed with a moulded top cover with specially positioned holes that allows the air to circulate inside the upturned, warm and wet glass. Once your drying cycle is complete, remove the glasses from the basket, and they will be dry and ready for immediate use. Do away with towels and cloths and allow the Airack to do all the hard work!

Easy To Install And Use
The Airack Lite Glass Dryer is simple to install and use. The Airack comes supplied with a standard plug which can go into any 3-pin socket; it's easy to use as they only have one control - the hand-turned timer. The Airack is designed to work with any glasswasher using a glass basket of up to 50cm2. Simply remove your basket of glasses from the glasswasher, place the basket onto The Airack and set the timer to your desired drying time and in as little as four minutes you have a perfectly dry glass!

Eliminates Cross-Contamination
The usual method in bars and pubs for drying glasses is with a cloth or towel. However, using this method to dry your glassware is not only time consuming but can produce cross-contamination which also kills the head of the beer or lager you are trying to pour which can make it appear flat or lifeless.

The Airack eliminates the risk of cross-contamination that towel or cloth drying can produce. Air drying is the correct and ONLY practice that should be followed, and The Airack has been developed to significantly reduce the time it takes for a basket of glasses to dry and be ready for use.

Faster Glass Rotation
The problem with flat lager or beer tends to be highlighted more once a session starts to become busy and glasses are being washed and reused before they are dry, although a glass may look dry on the outside it is often still wet and warm on the inside. There are several options to ensure your glass is dry before serving your lager or beer. You could keep a large stock of glasses so that a glass does not need to be reused in a session, which isn’t always feasible. You could leave it to dry naturally, but this could take 40 minutes if not longer, which isn’t practical during busy periods. Alternatively, you can use The Airack Lite Glass Dryer, which will dry your glassware ten times faster than if they were to dry naturally. The ambient temperature of the airflow cools the glasses as they dry, which allows a quicker turnaround time.
