Fresh Water Wash
Unlike other machines that reuse the wash water, the Sovereign Glasswasher is a "Fresh Water Wash" machine which always ensures the last wash is the same as the first. The "Fresh Water Wash" system replaces the wash water after every wash, and what’s more, the rinse water is always fresh to ensure that you obtain the same consistent "Perfect" result every time.

Glass & Plastics Wash Cycle
The Sovereign combines practicality and specialisation to create a very versatile glasswasher. The Sovereign Glasswasher has a dedicated "Plastics Wash Cycle", designed for washing plastic/polycarbonate glasses, which extends the usable life of "plastic" glassware by as much as double. Polycarbonate glassware requires a hotter rinse temperature and additional rinse-aid. Once the user selects the "Plastic" cycle, the Sovereign automatically adjusts the rinse water temperature and increases the amount of rinse-aid used in the cycle. The user can switch between washing standard glassware and plastic glassware at any time during a washing session, making it a highly flexible machine.

Dedicated Renovate Cycle
The Sovereign Glasswasher has a dedicated Renovate Cycle for renovating glasses. This cycle removes the build-up of non-rinsable films, which can make a drink appear flat, to make glasses like new again. The dedicated Renovate Cycle is unique to Clenaware machines and designed for use with the Renovate powder.

With the Clenaware Sovereign Glasswasher, the Renovate Cycle can be run at any time without the need for emptying and re‐filling the machine. Clenaware recommends running a Renovate Cycle no more than once a month, to help renovate your glassware but also to help clean the machine. There's nothing worse than serving a drink from a tired-looking or dirty glass, but by renovating regularly, you're keeping the glassware looking fresh and new.

With the Sovereign Glasswasher, it couldn’t be easier to achieve excellently washed glasses to help you serve the perfect pint. The Sovereign Glasswasher is designed to be a fully integrated machine with everything that you need built into it. The Sovereign Glasswasher includes a rinse booster pump, a waste pump and chemical injection and sensing. It also includes a built-in self-diagnostics system and is WRAS approved.
