Easy STM (Steam Trap Monitoring)

Product Description

Our Easy STM model is a simple 'out-of-the-box' solution for large scale, maintenance free, deployment, for all types of steam trap up to 14 bar(g) / 200°C. The smaller design makes it easy to install. The Easy STM model clips neatly in restricted spaces (such as between union joints). With one cabled temperature sensor for flexible placement. This model is temperature only with an optional acoustic sensing upgrade. Acoustic sensing allows the sensor to listen to the surrounding environment to detect faults in adjacent equipment.

Predictive maintenance:

• Real time alerts, from DiscoverRA platform or your reporting tools.

Flexible data:

• Out of the box support for the DiscoverRA cloud platform or integrate with your platforms.

Flexible reporting:

• Smart reporting intervals and up to 20 updates per hour.

Mounting sizes:

• Multi-fit mounting for DN15/20 or DN25/40 size pipework.

Smart device:

• Extended data analysis and smart data provided on-device.

Operational temperature:

• Environment: -40°C to 85°C

Ultra Compact:

• IP66 enclosure, measuring only 70mm x 65mm x 50mm.
