Product Description

Extension spindles allow the remote opening and closing of valves when located below ground or in a pit. Galvanised mild steel valve extension spindle suitable for most waterworks valves, hydrants and penstocks.  Terminating in a lower female square taper (35mm x 35mm) and upper male square taper (35mm x 35mm) as defined in BS5163 DN80-DN300.  Extension spindles are manufactured and available in various lengths, or contact the office for customised or stainless steel variants.

A range of manual, mechanically assisted and powered valve operating equipment developed for remote operation of a wide selection of valves.  These items are engineered to suit both multi and quarter turn valves and those with either rising or non-rising spindle configurations.

Fabricated to specific requirements remote operating equipment is available in painted, galvanised or stainless steel.

Can be supplied with a handwheel operator, muff coupling and in stainless steel on request.
