Smart FFT Tanker Diversion / Works Inlet Inhibit System
A system where sludge and sewage tanker drivers are diverted away from discharge points at sewage treatmen works using a series of radio telemetrry linked control lights and optionally a portable app, when the works is aproaching flow to full treatment FFT or is offline for maintence.
Already deployed in the UK with a leading water undertaker RDN offer a fully bespoke sysem with the option of installtion using one of its approved UK based contractors.
Systems may comprise of several traffic lights all controlled by the state of the works inlet flow meter, and where a flow meter doesn’t exist this can be supplied as part of the package. The traffic lights operate on a secure Ofcom licenced radio channel exclusive to Radio Data Networks ensuring that the system will not interfere or be interfered by existing systems on the site.
There is also an online app option that displays the status of subscribing works enabling drivers to reduce their carbon footprint by knowing in advance which works is at or approaching FFT as it is called in the industry.
